Individuals determined by DSHS Staff (VR Counselors) to be eligible for Employment Services such as:
• Those who have mild, moderate or severe disabilities.
• Those who require considerable assistance competing in the job market.
• Those who have been unsuccessful in past employment or those who have not benefited from traditional vocational rehabilitation services.
• Those for who competitive employment has not occurred, or has been interrupted or intermitted, as a result of their disability.
